Passive home

An architecturally designed new cedar shiplap weather board, passive home. Over 11 months the existing home was demolished, building site was excavated and the 200m/sq home was built. Wooden joinery from Italy, kitchen and cabinetry by Mastercraft Kitchens.

Off the Grid

A solar powered bach built to maximise the views of Bethells black sand dunes. Designed with a mono-pitched roof, double glazed joinery and timber weather boards. Large double glazed doors open out onto a reclaimed totara deck with a glass balustrade. A challenging build with no water, power or cellphone coverage on site made good use of our organisational and project management skills.
